Q.  Can I just turn up ?

 A. We use Mindbody for our booking system and do require all clients to have an account with us to book. We ask for bookings to be made in advance of attending the studio, so that we know to expect you.
Booking in advance ensures that your class is running and means we can contact you should anything change. It also ensures that you do not arrive to a fully booked class where we can not fit you in.

While it is rare, if a class does not have sufficient bookings we may need to cancel the class. The same applies to workshop and events.

Q.  I have not done yoga before, what class should I do ?
