200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

About The Course

This course was launched in 2020 and has evolved each year to give a comprehensive toolbox of up to date understanding of yoga and movement.

You will receive your Yoga Alliance teaching qualification and start teaching yoga to a high standard.

We have endorsements and support from Jenni Rawlings, Cecile Milne, Justin Wolfer and other ground breaking teachers who are pivotal in the evolution of how yoga is being taught and perceived.

We will guide you from the roots of yoga through to  relevant and up to date anatomy and movement.

You will learn from two senior yoga teachers who have been teaching since 2010. They  have a wealth of qualifications from both the yoga, and movement world.

Emma and Hannah continue to expand, hone and improve their knowledge year upon year. Keeping the course and its teachings up to the highest standard.

The training features guest lecturers specialising in Ayurveda, sports science, social media, studio manager and osteopathy.

Using our years of experience to bring you an innovative and dogma free learning system, our aim is to make you the best teachers out there.

This course will set you up to teach safe, student focused, intelligent classes, unbound by arbitrary thinking.

Our contact time together will insure you have everything you need to to flourish in your chosen style of yoga. We will expect you to do your homework which include research projects and teaching early on to prepare you for the real teaching world!
