We are very proud of our dedicated team of professional teachers, whether its yoga, pilates or other movement class, each and everyone of our teachers has taken specialist training in their area to deliver you the very best of classes, while also being equipped with the knowledge to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
Yoga & Aerial Teacher
Jess Croucher
Jess initially completed an intensive Ashtanga teacher training programme in 2005 with David Swenson whilst also working full-time in education. Jess really enjoys teaching flow in her classes which comes from her background in Ashtanga yoga.
She completed her British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course in 2007 to deepen her study of yoga beyond the mat.
She took some time out to have her family, before going on to train to teach Children’s yoga in 2017, which she adores.
Jess also teaches Teen and Family yoga sessions combining them with Aerial play.
Playful movements are added to a lot of Jess's classes both on and off the mat and regardless of the students' age.
In 2019 Jess completed her 300-hour Hatha yoga teacher training with The British Wheel of Yoga.
Jess has also trained in Antigravity Fitness in 2019, Cocooning, Aerial yoga and Aerial Restorative yoga and is continually expanding her knowledge around the hammock making yoga accessible off the mat.
She is committed to her CPD (Continual Professional Development) and has attended workshops including both Ashtanga primary and secondary series with Danny Paradise and Kino MacGregor as well as undertaking CPD studies with Yoga Detour and Hypermobile Yogis.
Most recently, Jess has completed further training in Restorative yoga in 2022 and Aerial Restorative yoga in 2023. Jess is beginning Mindfulness and Meditation in Motion studies in 2024.

Sharon Saker
Sharon is a Senior Yoga Teacher who has gained a vast network of experience over hewr many years of working within the wellness industry.
She has taken trainings in Yoga, Yang style Tai Chi, Sports Psychology and additionally in her teens she took courses including Massage, Reflexology and Polarity Therapy.
Whitstable resident for some 27 years Sharon now enjoys spending more time teaching, holding workshops and mini retreats in London and Whitstable and being closer to home
Her career has allowed her to work in various centres in Europe, Australasia and North America and throughout the decades she has had the privilege to learn with some of the very best and many incredible teachers, including Vinyasa rooted styles, Jivamukti, Satchitananda, Iyengar, Ayurvedic, Yin, Restorative (Viniyoga) and Mindfulness. She has also developed her own ABC (Alignment,Breath,Centered) Yoga and has completed specialised training in Ante and Post Natal, Osteoporosis and Rehabilitation.

Sunni Briony
Sunni first found Yoga as a teenager, while seeking something to help improve her own mental wellbeing.
It didn’t take long to notice the profound affects of the practice and she soon fell in love with the practice.
Her personal experience lead her to delve into her initial 200 hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training. She is committed to her continued professional development and has since trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and continues to attended CPD immersions to deepen her understanding of yoga & movement and the mind.
Sunni has over a decade of personal practice experience and has been leading weekly group classes and 1:1's since 2022.
Sunni is a certified Crystal Healer and holds group workshops and events combing yoga and crystal healing with other holistic practices.

Rowan Finnegan
Yoga and meditation have given Rowan great stability and opened up a journey of growth, insight and joy.
His intention is for everyone to experience the healing effects of yoga practice and to create an opportunity for change so that we can all live a life that feels grounded and empowered.

Clare Ruff
Clare is a qualified physiotherapist and has been for 15 years.
She has been teaching clinical Pilates for over 10 years.
She is passionate about helping her clients and adapting the Pilates to suit their needs.
She has witnessed first hand how patients and clients have improved their physical wellbeing with attending regular Pilates classes.
Her classes are for all abilities and can be adapted as needed for any injuries.

Dan Killford
Dan has a huge passion for sharing yoga with others and using this practice to connect back to the self amidst the chaos of modern life.
He first found yoga as a way of improving strength and flexibility for his taekwondo training, and soon fell in love with the practice. The powerful effects that yoga can have on the mind and body is what lead him to deepen his practice and want to become a teacher.
He completed my 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher training with Yogahaven, under the guidance of Allie Hill.
His classes are balanced flows that are suited to everyone, they connect movement with the breath and aim to leave you feeling amazing and relaxed.

Chloe Tully
Chloe began regularly practicing yoga in 2011 and has been teaching since early 2016 when she completed her Vinyasa Flow-based Yoga Teacher Training. She went on to complete her Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in 2018.
Currently, she’s a student of the Yoga Anatomy Academy, and is training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery (polyvagal theory explains how our nervous system works).
Over time, the style of yoga and the diversity of practices Chloe offers in her classes have evolved and expanded. Starting out with a focus on strong, dynamic vinyasa classes, Chloe now prefers to teach slower, gentler classes that soothe and replenish one’s whole being.
Chloe teaches from the heart, promoting self-knowledge, self-care and self-compassion and encouraging students to find a practice that genuinely serves them in both body and mind.
She is Yoga Alliance certified.

Monica Marini
Monica Marini is a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga teacher.
She has creative and challenging approach to yoga,
Monica finds inspiration in Hatha and Tantra Yoga and her practice offers focused, caring guidance towards a deep experience of Yoga.
Monica’s focus is on practices that reinforce the therapeutic application of asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath regulation) for a more integrated experience of the body-mind self.
Principles of Vinyasa Krama (effective and safe sequencing) inform the sequencing of Vinyasa and Yoga Flow classes for a stronger and energising practice.

Emma Epton
Emma is a senior yoga teacher with over 25years experience, teaching Yin yoga and functional yoga. She also facilitates a 200hr YTT and 50 hr Yin YTT, runs further education programs with her company Yoga Reloaded.
Emma has completed trainings with Tom Myers, Norman Blair, Paul Grilley, and Bernie Clarke. She is also an FRC mobility specialist and movement educator.
Emma is also a Buteyko instructor & Psychedelic Breath®️ teacher.

Hayley Johns
Since qualifying in 2008, after over a decade of committed practice, Hayley shares theses practices everyday in a way that lights her up.
She is registered at a Senior Level for teaching, but will forever remain a student. she exercises her values in lots of different ways, and the sharing Yoga is one of them.
She has worked with bodies and the holding of ritual spaces for over 15 years and they are both potent and powerful tools that can create meaning and cultivate wellbeing in our lives.
Her heart is in the accessibility of the practices that she offers, and the barriers that prevent us from being able to connect; financially and energetically, to the physical spaces we share, to each other, to our communities, to our bodies, and to the rhythms and magic of the seen and unseen world. From separation, towards integration. Held, gathered and grounded and in deep care of one another.
Her practices and ritual spaces are invitational - always. Trauma aware, gender and neuro-affirming, always consent led. Upholding body agency and welcoming of all kinds of those bodies, at whatever stage of life you find yourself in.

Ruth found yoga over 20yrs ago and has never looked back.
Completing her 200hrs YTT in 2018, Children’s YTT IN 2020 & Yin YTT IN 2023 she continues to be driven to expand her wealth & breath of personal & professional development.
Ruth enjoys teaching Hatha, Gentle Flow, Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa & Children’s yoga.
Her classes are inclusive , intuitive & playful and her teaching style encourages you to be inquisitive about your body physically, mentally and emotionally whilst having fun and being non judgmental.

Amy started practicing yoga over 10 years ago as a way to de-stress from a career driven life living in London.
After a number of years her practice evolved from purely physical to form a holistic mental, emotional and spiritual wellness routine.
Amy’s first 200 hour teacher training was in Cusco, Peru studying vinyasa, hatha and restorative styles of yoga. Since she’s studied trauma-informed yoga, yoga nidra, pregnancy and post-natal yoga.
Amy is deeply passionate about weaving trauma-informed yoga into all styles and levels of yoga. Making yoga accessible to everyone, in a way that enables healing and growth.

Lara Piras
Lara's yogic approach is all about community; bringing together people of all ages, backgrounds, shapes and abilities and those that may feel intimidated by some aspects of the current yoga world.
In her classes, students flow through simple yet delicious postures that are so beneficial in the modern day, always-connected world, freeing the body and mind of tightness and trapped prana (life force) via elongating the spine and opening the hips and heart.

Sophia Ioannou
Sophia started practising yoga in her early 20’s after following her mother to yoga workshops and retreats, first falling in love with the philosophy & stories of the practise and then applying it to the movement and shapes!
She did her 200hr Yoga Alliance training in 2019, and since then has embarked on Restorative Yoga Training with Judith Hansen Lasater and Women’s Yoga Therapy training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli as well as CPD’s in Yin, Scaravelli-Inspired Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Anatomy.
Working as a Forest School leader and running Nature Connection workshops for both children and adults, her love of yoga is very linked to the natural world and our connection to it. Her classes are gentle & inclusive, aiming to reconnect students with the deep & intuitive knowledge of their own roots and bodies.
